Installation Performance

SEtech has assessed pipeline plough performance in all seabed conditions including very soft to stiff clay, sand and rock. Analyses include estimation of plough speed and tow tension, trench depth and stability, assessment of pipeline flotation potential, and estimation of properties of soil when used as backfill. SEtech has also performed assessments of soil properties for trenched pipelines in upheaval buckling analyses.

Our predictions of burial performance result from our detailed knowledge of available burial equipment, experience gained from assessments we have performed and back analysis of completed projects.
